Beara Ocean Gin
Our gin is a well-balanced combination of 4 main components and Atlantic Sea salt.
This one is fresh citrus zest. At Beara Distillery, we avoid the temptation of using dry citrus peel in our Gin as the zest without the white pit or mesocarp gives a crisp citrus flavour.
At Beara Distillery, we distil the citrus zest from orange, pink grapefruit, lemon and limes separately and use the distillate as one of the key components when blending our Beara Ocean Gin.
