Beara Mango Sour

50ml Beara Black Cask Blend Whiskey
100ml blended fresh mango*
15ml honey.
Juice of 1 lime.
Juice of half a lemon.
1 teaspoon of egg white (optional).
Angosturo bitters
3 maraschino cherries.

How To Mix
*blend a whole mango which will be enough for 4 cocktails.

Put all your ingredients except the bitters and cherries in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice).
Add ice and shake it up again, this time shake your hips and shake a leg! Drain through your cocktail strainer into a tumbler with ice. Shake a few dashes of angostura bitters on top and garnish with a mango skin twist and top off with your cherries. I use Luxardo cherries which are amazing for sours but any maraschino cherries will do.
